Reham’s first film “Janaan” to be released by ARY Films
KARACHI - As Reham Khan has geared up to show her support for Pakistan film industry by stepping into film making and to portray a positive side of Pakistan through her first ever flick Janaan in collaboration with IRK Films. The movie will be released by ARY FILMS. Janaan is a movie aimed at bringing life to a culture that is overshadowed the most and highlights the essence of Pathans. The film will be featuring the beauty, romance, laughter along with sharp social complementary proving that the Pukhtoons are extremely proud of their culture and blood with some universal elements be it friendship, love, loyalty or family bonding.
Armeena Khan, Bilal Ashraf and Ali Rehman Khan are playing their role in Janaan. The movie is written by Osman Khalid Butt and directed by Azfar Jafri. The movie will be shot at exquisite locations in Swat and northern areas of Pakistan and will proudly be released soon by ARY FILMS in 2016. Reham Khan said “I am excited to coproduce Janaan with Imran Raza Kazmi, the team has worked diligently to bring reality to a story which is close to my heart, a story based in my beloved homeland and portrays its rich culture and values.”
