Balochistan Development: Rs55.6 million for Potable Water in Gwadar

QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri has approved Rs55.604 million in an effort to meet the needs of potable water in Gwadar.

A press statement issued here said that a summary sent by the Department of Public Health and Engineering was approved, following the additional chief secretary’s visit to Gwadar on the special directives of Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri.

802 million have been initiated in the Karwat area, while Rs6.651 million have been approved for the supply machinery.  Speaking to the media, additional DC Gwadar Ghulam Shah Qehtani said that the provincial government was taking all measures to provide clean drinking water to the people of Balochistan.
