ISLAMABAD: Former Foreign Minister Hina Rabanni Khar on Saturday dispelled rumours about quitting the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and said that she will “swim and sink together” with it.

Hina told media “These are unsubstantiated rumours, please ignore.”

Earlier on this week, rumours were rife that Hina might be joining Imran Khan’s PTI. However, the former foreign minister confirmed that she will not be joining Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

On Friday night, Hina’s father also denied the reports of her exit from the party.

“My daughter is sticking with my party (PPP)—she is not going anywhere,” her father Ghulam Rabbani Khar added.

“We are sticking with PPP,” senior Khar said.
