Panama Leaks: Imran Khan Suggest Shoaib Suddle for Sharif family’s Assets Probe
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan on Saturday called for the formation of an independent inquiry commission headed by former Tax Ombudsman Shoaib Suddle to investigate allegations of offshore companies against Sharif family.
In a press statement, the PTI chairman welcomed Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali’s offer to nominate any FIA official for an inquiry into the Panama Papers leak which discloses off-shore companies in the name of PM’s relatives.
“We welcome Chaudhry Nisar’s statement and propose that Shoaib Suddle be appointed as head of the inquiry commission,” Imran Khan said.
Speaking to the media in Kallar Syedan on Saturday, Nisar Ali Khan asked Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan to name any FIA official who he wanted to make the inquiry.
