Credit for Improved Law and Order in Karachi goes to ME - Nawaz
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's claim over loss of fear from Karachi'ites got Nawaz upset, stating that all credit for improved law and order in Karachi goes to the Goverment.
Imran Khan, before arriving in Karachi, had claimed that PTI have broken the shackles of fear of residents of Karachi.
PM Nawaz seemed to be perturbed by this statement claimed, “None but the government can only to take pride and credit for removing fear from Karachi than any one else.”
While highlighting the Karachi Operation, he added, “We ended extortion, kidnapping for ransom and target killings in Karachi. Karachi is progressing toward development and this is our service for Pakistan.”
Nawaz went on to say, “Pakistan needs visionary leadership, not one which takes U-turns.”
PM added, "Despite the fact Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz government is in the centre with Other Parties ruling provinces, yet PML-N has worked ‘tirelessly’ serving the provinces for with progress."
“This is not PML-N’s or Nawaz Sharif’s Pakistan alone, this is everyone’s Pakistan,” he said.
Nawaz further said, Balochistan’s security situation has improved as well now after the government decided to work with them. However, he claimed Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa where PTI is the ruling party has seen no change.
“Where is the revolution in K-P?” the prime minister questioned.
The prime minister was in Haripur to inaugurate the Hazara motorway and promised the residents of more development projects to come.
