LAHORE: Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah said that the Madrasa (seminary) sealed after a police raid in Sialkot was not being run by the proscribed Jaish-e-Muhammad (JeM) rather it was being managed by the brother of JeM chief Maulana Masood Azhar.

Speaking in a Local TV programme ‘Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Kay Sath’, Rana Sanaullah said some people have been taken into custody while a case will be lodged against those who were directly involved in the armed attack on India’s Pathankot airbase.

“People from India were also involved in the Pathankot attack,” he disclosed, adding names of Indian security forces were also coming up in the Pathankot siege.

He said India had not even provided concrete proof in Ajmal Kasab’s issue.

The Punjab Law Minister said action has been taken in Pakistan against some offices and Madressahs only on the basis of suspicions.
